Change of address declaration (déclaration de changement d’adresse)

If you are a foreign resident with a residence permit (titre de séjour) valid for more than 1 year, you must declare your new address within 3 months of moving, even within the same municipality. Apply through the ANEF online portal. Your declaration is registered free of charge, and you receive a certificate to keep.

Declare your new address through the ANEF online portal within 3 months of moving if your residence permit (titre de séjour) is valid for more than 1 year.
Keep the certificate you receive after your address declaration is registered.

Documents to bring

A readable digital copy of your residence permit (titre de séjour).
Readable digital copies of your passport pages showing your personal details, validity dates and entry stamps.
A readable digital copy of a justificatif de domicile (proof of address) less than 3 months old.

Your change of address declaration is free.
You do not have to request a new residence card; if you do, you pay 50 € using the timbre fiscal tax stamp, unless you are an EU, EEA or Swiss national, a family member of such a national, or hold a Withdrawal Agreement residence permit (titre de séjour).
